Thanks to support from the Legal Foundation of Washington and Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid there is no fee for eligible participants to register. Registration, however, is requested by July 31st and will close when filled. To assure your space, please register as soon as possible.

Lodging: If your organization is otherwise eligible for Legal Foundation of Washington or Office of Civil Legal Aid funding* and your program cannot cover your lodging costs, you will be provided lodging for Tuesday & Wednesday nights, October 9 and 10, at no cost, at either the Wenatchee Coast or Red Lion Hotel as space and funding remains available. This will generally include being assigned a roommate unless special accommodations are needed. Please view the Lodging page for additional information. Attendees will receive confirmation of their participation and, as appropriate, lodging information by September 1.
Travel Costs: As a general rule, organizations are asked to cover travel expenses for the Statewide Legal Advocate Training. However, we recognize that for some organizations costs may be prohibitive, and therefore limited funding is available to offset some expenses for Legal Foundation of Washington Annual Grantees and organizations otherwise eligible for Office of Civil Legal Aid funding.* and your program cannot cover travel expenses, some funding may be available. To request a travel support, please complete the following form no later than July 20, 2018, so that we can notify applicants prior to the registration deadline of July 31.
Depending on registration numbers, additional funding to support other participants’ travel or lodging costs may become available after the registration date closes. Please check this webpage after July 31st for more information. Attendees will receive confirmation of their participation and, as appropriate, lodging information by September 1.
*Eligible organizations include Legal Foundation of Washington Annual Grantees, volunteer lawyer programs, and the four specialty civil legal aid programs (Seattle Community Law Center, Solid Ground, TeamChild, and Unemployment Law Project).
